Meet Kylie Quirk, one of Breakwater’s talented Associates, bringing enthusiasm, adaptability, and strong client support to the team.

Kylie is a proud Delaware native, now calling Smyrna, DE home. She studied Marketing at Goldey–Beacom College, giving her a strong foundation in communication and strategy skills she puts to great use in her role at Breakwater.

Before joining the team, Kylie worked in Install Accounting for an HVAC company, where she gained hands-on experience managing financial processes and supporting daily operations.

Kylie’s favorite beach is Ocean City, Maryland, and when she’s not working, you’ll often find her coaching or catering two passions that showcase her leadership, creativity, and love of bringing people together.

Her favorite part about life at Breakwater? The work–life balance, which allows her to excel professionally while still dedicating time to the activities and communities she cares about most.
